Description of Services
PanFetch provides an online platform to assist users in accessing, downloading, and printing Indian government documents including Aadhaar, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, and more. We act as a facilitator and do not issue these documents ourselves.
User Responsibilities
- You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information.
- You must not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not share another person's documents without their consent.
Prohibited Activities
- Impersonating another person to access their documents
- Using the platform for identity theft or fraud
- Attempting to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer our systems
- Sharing OTPs or login credentials with third parties
- Commercial redistribution of downloaded documents without consent
Disclaimer of Warranties
PanFetch services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, as services depend on third-party government APIs. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by government systems.
Limitation of Liability
PanFetch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be notified via email.
