Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed content and its former location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to local federal court jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy

PanFetch will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in accordance with the DMCA and applicable laws.
